Make your Windows XP Genuine
This is a registration file ,I tested it on three machines and came up with the same result... 100% genuine. You can now download your apps from the M$ website. There may be a glitch though, whenever you download something from the M$ site, you may have to run the reg key again BEFORE validating.
This reg file may come in handy...
The RAR also has a validating tool for you to test the reg file.
Remember to always set a system restore point before before installing anything.
